All Island Towing is contracted by the City & County of Honolulu.  If your car was towed by the City & County, see below for an explanation of fees and charges:

TOWING CHARGES/FEES (INCLUDES ALL APPLICABLE TAXES):

The towing charges/fees listed below shall be less than or equal to charges/fees set forth in HRS 290-11 (b) and 291C-165.5.

1. Tow Charge Per Tow $65.00
2. Mileage Charge Per Mile $7.50
3. Dolly Charge Per Tow $10.00
4. Overtime Charge Per Tow $15.00 (Monday to Thursday Friday, 6:00 PM to  6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Daily Monday, 6:00 AM
5. Difficult Hookup Charge Per Tow $30.00

{As defined in HRS 290-11 (b)}

Maximum Towing fee-Total fees charged to Motor Vehicle Owner listed in Line no.1-no.5 shall not exceed the following per tow.
Per Tow $210.00

The Contractor’s Reasonable charges for Off-Road Towing Services shall not exceed the following per tow.
Per Tow $300.00

STORAGE FEES (INCLUDES ALL APPLICABLE TAXES):
Storage Fee (First 7 days) Per Day $25.00
Storage Fee (After 7 days) Per Day $20.00
Maximum Storage Fee $435.00
